 Cancellation Policy

 

□Cancellation after completion of order or change of order details

 Cancellation after your order has been placed is possible only if the ordered product has not been shipped.

□ About exchanges and returns after the product has been delivered.

 We accept exchanges and returns of delivered products only if they are damaged or different from what you ordered.

 In the above cases, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product for a return or exchange.

 

We take all possible measures regarding quality, but in the unlikely event that the product is different from the ordered product, or the product has significant scratches or stains, etc., we will bear the shipping charges for exchanges or returns due to incorrect shipments or product defects. 

 

*Depending on the stock amount, you may have to wait for the replacement product to be delivered.

 *It may take longer for replacement if the correspondence and shipping occurs over Japanese public holidays such as New Years Day.

 

In the following cases, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

 ・The customer prefer the different colour of Singing Ring Luli.

 ・Products that have been used once.

 ・The items that are damaged or soiled after the customer has received it.

 ・Products with missing accessories.

 ・Products that have been soiled, damaged, or defective due to the customer's care (including accessories that smell of cigarettes, perfume, and deposits of make-up, pet hair, etc.)

 ・Items that have been exchanged or returned at the customer's discretion without any special reason 8 days after the item has arrived.

 ・Exchange to a different product or color.

 

 

<Caution>

 Due to the characteristics of Singing Ring , there are possibilities the following may occur.

 ・Replace with already checked at top Singing Ring is a hand-made acoustic instrument created one by one by craftsmen using traditional craftsmanship methods. Due to the characteristics of the manufacturing process, there may be some unevenness in wax and scratches peculiar to casting, but there is no problem with the quality of the product.

 

・Lacquer coating is done by t hand, so each item may have slightly different colors and might have brush marks, but there is no problem with the quality of the product.

 

・Singing Ring Luli uses a uniquely developed lacquer that mixed lapis lazuli and pearl powder for coating, and each color is different and unique, so the difference in color varies depending on the product. There is no problem with quality.

 

*Returns and exchanges for the above reasons may be refused.

 

□ Exchange/return of products

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to

reasons such as refusal to receive the item or long-term absence, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund price or charged separately.

 

 □ About refunds

 ・Bank transfer

Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.

*In the case of a cancellation due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount after deducting the transfer fee.

 

 ・Credit card payment

We will process the cancellation of the payment through the credit card company.

At the time of the cancellation procedure, if the billing has already been confirmed due to the closing date of the credit card customer’s used, the cancellation cannot be changed, so the refund will be made by bank transfer.

We will contact you after we receive the returned products.

 

* If a product that cannot be returned, we will consider the ownership of the product to be forfeited unless there is a special request from the customer, and we will dispose of it arbitrarily. In this scenario, refunds are not possible.
